I remember when I first became a mom, the first months were so overwhelming.
First of all, the stress of having a baby is big enough, your entire life is about to change! But when you add all the different things you have to buy, stroller, change table, rocking chair, toys, sling or baby carrier, changing pads, diaper bag and the list goes on… Just thinking about it, I have a headache.
I started doing my research one night as I was sitting on the couch with my husband after a day at the beach with my family. I was tired of always having to bring a baby mat, changing pads, towels, and large blankets to sit on... You know how it goes when you decide to plan a family day out, especially with a baby.
My goal was to find a solution. To travel lighter, I needed something I could bring everywhere. I wanted something that was beautiful, of high quality, and most importantly, something I could use even after my baby was no longer a baby. Because I remembered the first few months… Having to buy so many different things that I would only use for a few months and then having to start all over again. But I couldn’t quite find what I was looking for.
With stars in my eyes, I looked at my husband and said, I am a mom, I am a woman who loves to travel, I am someone who goes on big adventures or loves having people over… I know what someone like me needs!!
And that’s how KAM came to be.
